Meet Hilda, CEO/Founder - Born and raised in London to Lebanese/Venezuelan parents is a Berklee College of Music graduate in Songwriting. Having worked in the music industry, specifically publishing and marketing, there was natural progression into the creation of Montiel Records, due to her passion of encouraging musical talent and nurturing artists, and seeing the powerful effect of music on the common man.
Meet Paloma, Business Development - Of American/Spanish descent, Paloma has lived in Mexico, Boston, Spain, NYC and most recently Edinburgh. Having initially met Hilda, CEO founder, at Berklee College of Music, during the 5 week summer camp programme, wooing Hilda with her one of kind talent and passion for jazz. Since graduating from Berklee, Paloma has worked in TV/Radio production on music programs in Spain, screen writers in Mexico and also directed documentary, "Road2Roots," where she interviewed legends like, Jimmy Buffett. Matt Glaser and Whiskey Shivers whilst on journey throughout the USA with singer-songwriter Roberto Picazo.
Senior Engineer/Producer/DJ - Carol Loan, aka Kandylion, has been working in the NYC recording industry and live music scene for over two years now, after graduating from world renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston. Her credentials at a mere 24 years old, are beyond impressive, having worked with the likes of Notable Productions, KMA Studios, Bayside The Musical and currently, Frost Productions. Her collaborations as a producer with Sofia B, have landed them coverage for their Years & Years cover of their song 'King,' on Clash Magazine, The Vinyl District and more.

Lewis Robertson (Head Engineer, Guitarist)
On top of having a Bachelors degree in Music Production and Engineering and a minor in Acoustics and Electronics from the famed Berklee College of Music, Lewis has extensive experience within the music industry. As a former staff member of the legendary Avatar Studios in NYC, Lewis has worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. His credits as a guitarist include performances with George Clinton and P-Funk, Steve Vai, Paul Taylor, Bernie Worrell, and more. He is currently touring with Jefferson Starship as their Production Manager.
Rachel Rose (Producer/Studio Manager, Vocalist)
After earning her Bachelors degree from Berklee College of Music in Songwriting and an emphasis in Contemporary Music and Production and Music Business, Rachel moved to New York City where she gained valuable experience in music sync and licensing at music publishing firm, Round Hill Music, on Madison Avenue. Some of Rachel’s performance credits include: George Clinton and P-Funk, Bernie Worrell, and performances at the Kennedy Center in Washington, DC.
